COMMERCE - The Lakeview Academy girls basketball team whipped Commerce 59-24 Saturday night on the road to run its winning streak to six.<br>

Hillary Stanford continued her solid play hitting 4-of-7 3-pointers to lead the Lady Lions (12-4) with 14 points. She nailed 5 3-pointers against Friday against Prince Avenue.<br>

Lakeview blew open a tight game outscoring the Lady Tigers (5-11) 26-2 in the second quarter to take a 33-6 lead into halftime.<br>

Christi Thomas added 12 points and Chelsey Chastain had 7 for Lakeview. Hanneh Bennett had 7 assists for the Lady Lions.
