JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA - Nate Williams scored 12 points to lead a balanced attack, and Georgia State beat Jacksonville 66-58 Thursday night for its sixth straight win.<br>

Georgia State (12-4, 7-2 Atlantic Sun Conference) broke open a tight game with a 10-1 run midway through the second half and led 55-42.<br>

Jacksonville (6-10, 1-8) rallied behind the outside shooting of David Lee and inside play of Haminn Quaintance to narrow the gap to 58-53 with 2:20 remaining. But the Panthers converted two lay-ups, and Herman Favors sank four consecutive free throws in the final 1:45 to secure the victory.<br>

Trello Galloway had 11 points, and D'Andre McGrew added 10 off the bench for Georgia State.<br>

Quaintance led the Dolphins with 15 points, 15 rebounds and five blocked shots. He also had seven of the team's 25 turnovers.<br>

Lee added 14 points, and Jarred Stockton chipped in 13.
