Many systems are offering the Iowa Test of Basic Skills in the fall. Hall, Gwinnett and Forsyth counties plan to offer the exam this month.<br>

School officials hope the move from Spring to Fall will give teachers numbers to tailor their programs to help student prepare for the CRCT exam in the Spring. It's also expected to break up testing days for students.
