TOCCOA - Stephens County authorities Monday announced they have made three arrests in three separate cases. <br>

Randall Hughes, 21, of Greenville, South Carolina is charged with the July burglary of the Martin Laundry Mat. <br>

John Goggans, 30, faces a criminal trespass charge for allegedly driving a SUV on the golf greens at Currahee Club Golf Course. <br>
<br>
Barbara Jude Shirley, 41, is charged with financial identity theft. Shirley of Toccoa faces the felony count after allegedly using someone's name and credit card information to buy almost $600 of clothes. The Stephens County Sheriff's Office made the arrests last week.
