Hall United Way campaign kickoff

GAINESVILLE - About 100 people gathered this morning to kickoff the 55th United Way of Hall County Annual Campaign.

At a news conference at Regions Bank in downtown Gainesville, Board Chair Anthony Dye noted there there are a number of companies, including 1st National Bank of Gainesville (now Regions Bank) and City Ice Company that have participated in all fifty-five campaigns.

Campaign Chair Cooper Embry recognized the Cornerstone Companies, those companies who completed early campaigns and are the "cornerstone" of this year's efforts.

Northeast Georgia Health Systems
Regions Bank

United Way of Hall County Board of Directors & Staff

To date, these companies have pledged $610,857, or 35% of the $1,750,000 goal.
