JEFFERSON - Jefferson is looking to rebound from its first loss of the season when it plays host to No. 7 Landmark Christian Friday night.<br>

The Class A Dragons (2-1) lost 17-7 last week to Class AA Lumpkin County.<br>

Jefferson had been averaging 25.5 points a game but could muster little offense against Lumpkin. <br>
<br>
Landmark (2-1) blew out open Brookstone last week, 54-0, and have outscored their opponents 82-0 in their two wins. Decatur held them to just a field goal two weeks ago in a 28-3 loss.<br>

In other Region 8-A action, Athens Academy is traveling to Class A No. 1-ranked Lincoln County; Social Circle travels to Jenkins County and No. 5-ranked Commerce is playing host to Morgan County. Towns County is off this week.
