GAINESVILLE - The city of Gainesville will conduct a public meeting Thursday night on traffic calming measures on Riverside Drive.
Earlier this month, the city installed new markings on the pavement between Morningside and East Enota in hopes of lowering the speeds on the residential street and improving pedestrian safety.
Thursday's meeting begins at 7 p.m. and will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints which is on Riverside just off Morningside.
