AUGUSTA - A federal judge has ruled against Martha Burk and protesters of the all-male membership at Augusta National Golf Club.
Judge Dudley Bowen said Monday that the city could relegate them to a site nearly a half-mile away.
In separate rulings, Bowen upheld the constitutionality of a new city ordinance governing protests, then ruled that Sheriff Ronald Strength didn't violate his discretion in carrying it out.
Burk is planning to protest Augusta National's membership policies during the third round of the Masters on Saturday.
