GAINESVILLE - A Hall County Superior Court jury has returned a not guilty verdict against a man charged with an Oakwood rape.<br>

38-year-old Donald Chudakowski was charged with rape, kidnapping, aggravated sodomy, aggravated sexual battery and false imprisonment from the alleged July 9 incident at his home. <br>

Hall County District Attorney Jason Deal says the jury deliberated several hours before reaching a decision Thursday.
