Mercer ties school-record with win over Stetson

MACON - Scott Emerson led a balanced attack with 21 points as Mercer reeled off its 11th victory in a row, 101-84 over Stetson Saturday night. <br> <br> The Bears (22-5, 14-2 Atlantic Sun) tied a school record with their 22nd victory, and enters the conference tournament next week as the No. 1 seed. <br> <br> Ravii Givens led the Hatters (6-20, 4-12, with 24 points and E.J. Gordon added 23. <br> <br> Delmar Wilson added 18 points for Mercer, Justin Howard 17, Aleem Muhammad 15, Clarence Baker 11 and Wesley Duke 10. Baker also had 11 assists and three steals. <br> <br> The Bears led 48-45 at halftime but put the game out of reach with a 19-5 run that began with 12:02 remaining and Mercer holding a 67-62 advantage.
