RALEIGH, NORTH CAROLINA - The two players who led Duke to its second straight perfect season in the Atlantic Coast Conference lead the voting on the The Associated Press All-ACC women's team.<br>

Alana Beard is the only unanimous pick to the 2002-2003 team in voting by 50 members of the Atlantic Coast Sports Media Association. She became the seventh player in league history to make the first team three years.<br>

Tillis is averaging 15 points and eight rebounds while shooting 78 percent from the free-throw line. Tillis is also tied for the ACC lead in blocked shots.<br>

The rest of the AP first team features three-point ace Coretta Brown of North Carolina, Chrissy Floyd of Clemson and Sonja Mallory of Georgia Tech. Brown and Floyd were first-team selections with Beard and Tillis a season ago. Tech's Fallon Stokes and Alex Stewart were named to the all-conference third team.<br>
