CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA - Winston Cup driver Brett Bodine won a restraining order against his estranged wife, telling authorities she hit him and threatened to ruin him financially.<br>

Diane Bodine filed for divorce nearly two months ago and also has sued a Georgia woman she accuses of seducing her husband and ruining her marriage. The woman has denied any involvement with Brett Bodine.<br>

A domestic violence protective order was signed on Wednesday by Mecklenburg County District Court Judge Rickye McKoy-Mitchell. It requires Diane Bodine to stay away from tracks where Bodine is appearing. The order prohibits her from assaulting, threatening, following or harassing her husband of 22 years.<br>

Through her attorney, Diane Bodine denies the allegations.<br>

Bodine has a 16-year career as a Winston Cup driver, with his only victory coming in 1990 at North Wilkesboro.
