OAKWOOD - The Johnson Knights boys tennis team opened Region 7-AAA South play with a 3-2 victory over Flowery Branch Tuesday afternoon. <br>

Dustin Gibbons won at No. 3 singles while Johnson (2-3, 1-0) swept both doubles matches to get the win. <br>

Charles Estrada and John Michaels won at No. 1 doubles and Kurtis Sturm and Zack Wojeck won at No. 2 doubles. <br>

Flowery Branch got singles wins from Drew Nutter and Philip Peters.<br>
