City retreat planned in Rabun County

GAINESVILLE - The Gainesville City Council will participate in a one-day planning retreat Saturday with the city public utilities department.

The session will be held at Kingwood Resort in Clayton. The purpose, according to city officials, is to discuss Gainesville's five-year capital improvement plan for the utilities department.
