Resolving To Exercise

When we resolve to exercise, we are doing one of the best things for our health we can do. Often we are excited about the activity at first, but after a week or two, we begin to come up with all the reasons we can't exercise:

I don't have time
I don't have the equipment
I can't afford the gym membership
I'm too old
I have two left feet
It's too cold
It's too hot
I get bored with an exercise routine
I don't like exercising
