Allen has averaged 23 points over three games since being traded from Milwaukee in a five-player deal that sent Gary Payton to the Bucks.
Atlanta -- in the fifth game of a season-long seven-game road trip -- was hurt by its usual turnover problems (20) and Seattle's ability to score from long range Wednesday night.
