ATLANTA - Belmont used a 15-0 run to overcome a 36-32 halftime deficit and took advantage of a shorthanded Georgia State team in a 76-58 victory Thursday night.<br>

Steve Drabyn scored 19 points, including four 3-pointers, and Adam Mark had 17 on 7-of-11 shooting for Belmont (4-1), which has won four in a row since a season-opening loss to Vanderbilt.<br>

Marcus Brown scored 24 for Georgia State (2-2), starting in place of leading rebounder Trello Galloway, who was away at a family funeral. The Panthers also played without All-Atlantic Sun Conference forward Nate Williams, who was suspended for violating team rules.<br>

Brown had 14 points in the first half as Georgia State took the lead, but the Panthers shot just 28 percent in the second half (8-for-28).
