Michael David Grimmet, 65, was wandering through Hollister on Saturday when a female employee who was folding clothes said he walked behind her and brushed her buttocks with his hand, according to police reports.
Another employee then noticed Grimmett walking around with a video camera, which he had taken partially out of its carrying case and allegedly angled it up a 17-year-old female employee's skirt, police reports said.
Mall security officers later tracked Grimmett to another store, where he was arrested. He's been charged with two counts of unlawful surveillance and sexual battery.
