Second Buford blast victim dies

ATLANTA - The second of two men hurt in an underground explosion in Buford Monday has died.

Keith Ducker died Friday at Grady Hospital in Atlanta.

Ducker and Brian Lipe, who died Wednesday, were both from Utah and were badly burned when the pipe they were working on in an underground tunnel exploded.

The men worked for National Welding Company of Salt Lake City.
