ATLANTA - Reo Logan and Herman Favors scored 15 points apiece and Georgia State used a 21-0 second-half run to down Anderson College 79-62 in the Panthers' home opener on Saturday.<br>

The Panthers (1-1) bolted to a 7-0 lead at the start, but Anderson (2-2) rallied to take 4-point leads twice in the first half and held a 37-36 lead at intermission.<br>

A pair of Lamont McIntosh 3-pointers at the start of the second half gave the Panthers the lead for good, with the 21-0 run stretching the lead to 67-44 with 7:32 remaining.<br>

McIntosh added 13 points and Trello Galloway 11 for the Panthers.<br>
