Hall 2004-2005 Teacher of the Year

GAINESVILLE - Sharon Hartis, a Language Arts teacher at North Hall High School, is the Hall County School System's Teacher of the Year for the 2004-2005 school year.

Hartis was chosen from among representatives of the 32 schools in Hall County.

School officials say although the 2003-2004 Teacher of the Year was only recenlty announced, the state Department of Education keeps moving up the timeline for such honors.
