Two men escape from Kentucky jail, caught in Georgia

RUSSELLVILLE, KENTUCKY - Two men who escaped from a western Kentucky jail have been arrested in Georgia. <br> <br> Kentucky State Police say 22-year-old David Anthony Harrison and 20-year-old Jason Wade Gatson escaped from the Logan County, Kentucky, Detention Center Sunday night. <br> <br> Harrison was charged with murder and was awaiting a February trial before his escape. Wade had pleaded guilty to first- and third-degree arson and criminal mischief. He was awaiting a final sentencing. <br> <br> The two were arrested at 12:30 p.m. Monday in Tifton. They were being held in the Tift County Jail awaiting extradition to Kentucky. Both men now face second-degree escape charges.
