New rates for UPS

ATLANTA - United Parcel Service&#39;s new ground shipping rates take effect Monday. <br> <br> UPS announced the 3.9 percent increase in November. <br> <br> Overnight service will jump 3.2 percent, and worldwide express will increase by 2.9 percent. <br> <br> The Atlanta-based package delivery giant also is increasing the fee for residential deliveries a nickel, to $1.15. In August, UPS started guaranteeing those deliveries.
