The Panthers (7-7) won for the fourth time in five games, taking advantage of the foul-prone Tigers to connect on 45 of 45 foul shots. TSU (2-11) had 29 fouls. <br>

Garrett Richardson and Roshaun Bowens led the Tigers with 20 points apiece. <br>

Leroy Davis added 18 points for Georgia State, followed by Daniel Towns and Herman Favors with 12 reach, Cedric Patton and Trello Galloway with 11 each and Lamont McIntosh with 10. <br>

The Panthers hald a 52-32 lead at halftime and never let the lead slip below 20 points in the second half, building the lead to 80-49 midway through the second.
