ATLANTA - R&B singer Bobby Brown was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital Tuesday morning.
DeKalb County Jail spokeswoman Mikki Jones, however, did not say why he was at the
hospital.

But Jones did say Brown was intended for early release from jail Wednesday because of good behavior.

Jail officials say Brown will probably complete his sentence in the hospital.
Brown was sentenced to eight days in jail last Friday after turning himself in for a 1996 DUI charge. He was also fined $2,000 plus $800 in court costs.
He is expected to remain on probation for 24 months after his release and must fulfill 240 hours of community service.
