New tropical weather system in Caribbean

The season&#39;s newest tropical weather system is bearing down on the Windward Islands, prompting more concerns among Caribbean residents. <br> <br> This morning, Tropical Depression Thirteen is forcing a tropical storm watch for the Lesser Antilles from Guadeloupe southward to Barbados and the Grenadines. The system is centered is centered about 90 miles east-southeast of the Windward Islands, moving west at a quick 23 miles an hour. <br> <br> Top sustained winds are at 35 miles an hour, and the system could turn into a tropical storm at any time. Aerial observations are on tap later Monday. <br> <br> On the current track, forecasters look for the system to be south of Hispaniola in 72 hours. They also look for continued strengthening. <br> <br> Depression centered at latitude 12.7 north, longitude 58.4 west.
