The season's newest tropical weather system is bearing down on the Windward Islands, prompting more concerns among Caribbean residents. <br>

This morning, Tropical Depression Thirteen is forcing a tropical storm watch for the Lesser Antilles from Guadeloupe southward to Barbados and the Grenadines. The system is centered is centered about 90 miles east-southeast of the Windward Islands, moving west at a quick 23 miles an hour. <br>
