Smyrna man killed by wrong-way driver

DOUGLASVILLE - The Georgia State Patrol is investigating a deadly accident on Interstate 20 in Douglas County that they say was caused by a wrong-way driver. <br> <br> The driver - identified as 26-year-old Keith Logan Scott - remains hospitalized at Atlanta Medical Center this morning. <br> <br> The State Patrol says he was headed westbound in the eastbound lanes of I-20 when he struck and killed a 23-year-old Smyrna man. <br> <br> The crash tied traffic up traffic for several hours at the Carroll-Douglas County line.
