Kevin Lamar Ross, 24, of Cartersville was charged Monday with two counts of felony murder, armed robbery and possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, police Lt. Frank Cline said.
Chinua Omar Garnigan, 22, also of Cartersville, was charged with murder after the Sept. 10 shooting of Anthony Velasquez, 24, of Cartersville and Christopher Michael Johnson, 27, of Alabama.
``It's contemplated that Garnigan will also be charged with the robbery,'' Cline said.
Police said Garnigan, whose name was given to investigators by people near the shooting, led them to the rifle, which was dumped in the Etowah River off Ga. Highway 113.
