FEMA watching Isidore

ATLANTA - Officials at the Southeast operations center for the Federal Emergency Management Agency in metro Atlanta are keeping an eye on Tropical Storm Isidore to see where help is needed. <br> <br> The regional center is located in DeKalb County. Emergency relief teams will be dispatched to areas where help is needed because of damage caused by Isidore. Officials are especially watching the coasts of Louisiana and Mississippi. <br> <br> At Fort Gillem, south of Atlanta, volunteers with the American Red Cross also are standing by to see where they will be sent to give emergency relief. <br> <br> Some flights into areas affected by the storm are being delayed or canceled because of Isidore. Travelers who plan flights out of Hartsfield Atlanta International Airport are being advised to call ahead. <br> <br> The storm is expected to bring only rain to Georgia.
