Peachtree City mayor files ethics complaint against himself

PEACHTREE CITY - The mayor of Peachtree City has filed an ethics complaint against himself. <br> <br> Mayor Steve Brown filed the complaint after allowing a city employee to drive his daughter to golf camp last Wednesday. <br> <br> Gloria Reid of the City Hall administrative staff says she volunteered to drive Brown&#39;s young daughter to the camp. <br> <br> Brown had planned to take his daughter himself but discovered he was supposed to attend a meeting on distribution of local option sales taxes at the same time. <br> <br> Brown has apologized and offered to reimburse the city for Reid&#39;s time.
