ATLANTA - Darryl T. Bozeman, 37, wanted on kidnapping and murder charges in New Jersey, was arrested Thursday at a suburban Atlanta motel, federal agents said. <br>

Bozeman was taken into custody by the Federal Bureau of Investigations around noon. He was staying at a Days Inn Motel on Interstate 285. <br>

The FBI said he was charged June 25 with a home invasion in Englewood, N.J., in which a person was shot and killed. <br>
<br>
Bozeman was being held at the DeKalb County jail awaiting extradition.
