Two killed in Franklin County crash

Royston--State troopers are continuing the investigation into a fatal crash Saturday morning which claimed two lives in Franklin County.

Troopers say Brian Bell, 24,and Nick Carey,22, both from Royston, were killed at about 3:30 Saturday morning when their vehicle left Georgia Highway 8, hit and tree and overturned.
