Danielle Bernstein was sentenced to 40 hours of community service in Atlanta Municipal Court Tuesday. The sentence is part of a court intervention program.
Bernstein was arrested over the weekend after police raided a party at her father's home on Habersham Road. Police said about 40 minors - ranging from 15 to 18 years old - were there.
Municipal Judge William Riley also sentenced two other teens - Michael Rosenthal and Adam Stephen Kronemeyer - on alcohol-related charges stemming from the party.
Defense attorney Bruce Morris said the teenagers would remain in the intervention program for four months.
