Lopez swan song comes in Mobile

MOBILE - LPGA Hall of Famer Nancy Lopez will conclude her farewell tour at the Tournament of Champions in Mobile this fall. <br> <br> Lopez has officially committed to play in the $750,000 tournament Oct. 10-13 at Magnolia Grove&#39;s Crossings Course. <br> <br> She announced earlier this year that this would be her last year as a full-time member of the tour. <br> <br> ``Playing the Tournament of Champions, with the best players on the LPGA Tour, is the perfect way to end the year,&#39;&#39; Lopez said. <br> <br> ``Magnolia Grove offers a wonderful setting for golf. Mobile is a great city and the fans are terrific. I appreciate all of the support I have receive during my 25-year career and wish I could thank every one personally.&#39;&#39; <br> <br> This will be the fourth time Lopez has competed in the event at Magnolia Grove.
