KNOXVILLE, TENNESSEE - Tennessee began focusing on Wyoming as the Vols continued preseason drills Thursday.
The two teams open the season next Saturday in Nashville.
``What we tried to do today was give the team as many game situations as we could,'' coach Phillip Fulmer said. ``We went through substitution patterns and formation adjustments, and the No. 2 offense was as close as we could make it to Wyoming's offense.''
``Defensively, it was the same thing as we tried to mirror Wyoming as closely as we could. We're ready to go, although we still don't have all the answers yet. We're eager to get everybody back off the injured list and keep working to be better.''
Tennessee was 11-2 last season and Wyoming was 2-9.
