Inmates become too rowdy over Falcons game

ATLANTA - Inmates at a Fulton County detention center got out of hand this weekend when deputies tried to turn off an Atlanta Falcons-Dallas Cowboys game before it was over.<br> <br> The disturbance, which involved about 105 inmates, began around 11-11:30 p.m. Saturday at the Bellwood Detention Center, a medium-security site adjacent to the main jail.<br> <br> &#34;A couple of inmates were upset because TV sets were going off at a scheduled time ...&#34; said Sgt. Clarence Huber of the Fulton County Sheriff&#39;s Department. &#34;I was told that they did start some small fires in the early part of the evening, but other inmates used fire extinguishers to put the fires out.&#34;<br> <br> More than 150 law enforcement officials were called in and the inmates willingly returned to their cells, Sheriff Jackie Barrett said. No one was taken hostage or hurt, officials said.<br> <br> Most of the inmates were questioned and taken to the main jail. Authorities have identified two inmates believed to have led the disturbance.<br> <br> The Falcons won Saturday&#39;s game, 21-19.<br> <br>
