LAFAYETTE - Tri-State Crematory operator Ray Brent Marsh is at his parents' home at Noble Wednesday after being released from the Walker County Jail.
Marsh must remain under house arrest as he awaits trial. He was released Tuesday on bond.

As a condition of his bond, Marsh will be confined to his parents' house around the clock and will wear an ankle monitor that electronically tracks his movements. Police will respond if he leaves the area of the house without permission.
Marsh is accused of accepting money for cremations but never performing them. He's charged with 398 felony counts, including theft by deception and abuse of a body.
About a dozen enraged relatives of people who were supposed to be cremated waited outside the jail for Marsh to post bond after six months incarceration. They jeered him in the brief moments he was visible before being driven off by his lawyer.
The 29-year-old Marsh received death threats before he was released.
Sheriff Steve Wilson says officers refused to protect Marsh beyond the parking lot of the jail.
