CLEVELAND - The three juveniles allegedly involved in last week's incident west of Cleveland, Georgia, where an explosive device was placed in two mail boxes, appeared in court Monday.
Enotah Judicial Circuit District Attorney Stan Gunter said Juvenile Court Judge Charles Brown presided over the hearing.
The three suspects were released, under conditions, and allowed to go home.
One of the boys was ordered not to go near the home of Mrs. Willie Mae Garland where one of the devices was placed.
A trial date for the juveniles was set for Monday July 8th, but Gunter said he does not see the case getting underway at that time because the state has crime scene evidence that has not yet been processed.
Gunter said the judge will check on the status of the juveniles release, and if they want to make a plea, they can do so then.
The adult allegedly involved in the incident, Nadine Floyd, remains in jail under a $40,000 bond which covers eight counts against her.
