Savannah man dies after being burned in gas explosion

SAVANNAH - Authorities said they have not discovered the cause of an explosion that killed a Savannah man. <br> <br> Carl Eunice, 35, was burned on more than 60 percent of his body June 30 when a blast destroyed the carriage house he rented. He died Sunday at the Joseph M. Still Burn Center in Augusta. <br> <br> A Savannah Fire Department spokesman said a gas leak likely caused the explosion, although the investigation has not been completed. <br> <br> The explosion blew out three walls of the two-story house and threw Eunice outside on the ground.
