Council post in Flowery Branch picks up second day qualifier

FLOWERY BRANCH - Two candidates have qualified to run for post 4 of the Flowery Branch City Council. Ed Lezaj qualified Tuesday. <br> <br> Bob Hirling qualified Monday on the opening day. He&#39;s the husband of city clerk Diane Hirling. <br> <br> Qualifying wraps up Wednesday. Post 4 was vacated by Lynn Leblanc on May eighth, because she was moving outside of the city.
