ATHENS - A national press foundation has named a University of Georgia professor one of three Journalism Teachers of the Year. <br>

Conrad Fink received the award from the Freedom Forum, a free-speech foundation in Arlington, Virginia. Fink has taught journalism since 1983, after a 20-year career with The Associated Press. <br>

The other recipients were Laurence Alexander of the University of Florida and Charylene Bevens of the University of Nebraska. The winners will receive ten-thousand dollars each at an August convention in Miami.
