Teen dies while climbing wall at summer camp

CONYERS - A 13-year-old boy collapsed and died while climbing a wall at summer camp in north Rockdale County. <br> <br> Camp Westminster director Davy Stephenson said the boy had only been there for a day. <br> <br> Richard Martin Jr., of Lawrenceville, was pronounced dead on arrival Monday at Rockdale Hospital. The boy did not fall when he lost consciousness and had to be brought down by a belay system, officials said. <br> <br> Emergency medical technicians tried to revive him but he did not respond to CPR. <br> <br> ``We don&#39;t know exactly why he died,&#39;&#39; Medical Examiner Steven Dunton said after the autopsy. ``He had a history of seizures.&#39;&#39; No injuries were found. <br> <br> ``Our thoughts and prayers are with the Martin family,&#39;&#39; Stephenson said. <br> <br> Camp Westminster, which is owned and operated by Westminster Presbyterian Church in Atlanta, has about 900 children there for summer sessions.
