Purse snatcher dragged across four lanes of traffic

AUGUSTA - A purse snatcher who lunged for a woman&#39;s pocketbook while she sat in her car was dragged across four lanes of traffic on a busy Augusta road Saturday, but he eventually escaped with the purse. <br> <br> Karen Gray and her family were in her Chevrolet Malibu outside a furniture store Saturday afternoon when an attacker tried to take the purse from Gray&#39;s 11-year-old son, who was holding the purse. <br> <br> Gray started driving the car, dragging the assailant across four lanes of traffic while he struggled with the boy. <br> <br> Eventually, Gray pulled into a parking lot outside a Honey Baked Ham store, where the man took the purse and ran, she said.
