FAYETTEVILLE - An 11-year-old elementary school student is accused of fondling younger students at an after-school program in Fayette County. <br>

The boy, a Robert J. Burch Elementary School student, was a classroom helper in the program. <br>

Fayette County Juvenile Court officials said the 11-year-old was charged last week with one count each of child molestation and false imprisonment. <br>
<br>
The boy was in the custody of his family. Because he is under 12, he cannot be prosecuted as an adult.
