ATLANTA - Residents of metro Atlanta can expect hot and hazy weather this week, with no rain in sight to clear the smog from the skies. <br>

The National Weather Service says daily highs could be around 90 degrees through Thursday. The weekend will bring cooler temperatures in the low 80s. <br>

Monday, the state Environmental Protection Division issued a ``Code Orange'' smog alert, putting the air quality in the ``unhealthy for sensitive groups'' range. <br>
<br>
It was the fourth day this year Atlanta's air quality received the rating.
