CHICAGO - Former Brave Tony Graffanino provided all of Chicago's offense, homering and then driving in the go-ahead run as the White Sox beat the New York Mets 2-1.<br>

With their second straight victory Wednesday night, Chicago won the first-ever series with the Mets. It was only the third one-run win of the year for the White Sox.<br>

Mike Piazza's solo homer in the seventh provided the only offense for the Mets, who fell six-and-a-half games behind Atlanta in the National League East. Graffanino played for the Braves from 1996 to 1998.
