STOCKBRIDGE - A 7-year-old boy who was injured when a stolen tour bus crashed into a large sign in a parking lot died Sunday night, police said. <br>

The child, Jordan Curtis, died at 7:42 p.m. in Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Scottish Rite where he was taken after Saturday's crash, Police Spokesman Michael Gaddis said. <br>

Gaddis said Terry McCrary, of Oxford, took over the tour bus after the driver dropped off Alabama tourists near the Six Flags Over Georgia amusement park. <br>

McCrary, 44, was taken to a hospital for a minor leg injury and was arrested around 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Gaddis said. <br>

McCrary has been charged with theft by receiving, reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident with injury and serious injury by vehicle along with various minor traffic charges, Gaddis said. <br>

A charge of felony murder will be added as a result of the boy's death, Gaddis said.
