Electronic Arts names Jenson CFO, administration officer

REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA - Interactive entertainment software company Electronic Arts Incorporated Thursday named Warren Jenson chief financial and administration officer, as well as executive vice president. <br>

Electronic Arts, based in Redwood City, California, said Jenson joins the company from Amazon-dot-com, where he had been chief financial officer since 1999. <br>
<br>
The 45-year-old Jenson replaces Stan McKee, the company's chief financial and administration officer for 13 years, who announced plans to retire last year. <br>
<br>
McKee has agreed to assist Jenson through a transitional period. <br>
<br>
Before joining Amazon-dot-com, Jenson was the chief financial officer for Delta Air Lines. Prior to that, he served as chief financial officer and senior vice president for NBC, a unit of General Electric Company. <br>
<br>
Electronic Arts posted revenue of more than $1.7 billion for fiscal 2002.
