ATHENS - A Clarke County judge has sentenced a Jackson County man to life in prison for three rapes in Athens. <br>

22 year old Sylvester Deon Collins was sentenced Friday to three sentences of life without parole and three of life and 90 years.<br>
<br>
Collins was on trial for raping three college age woman in the year 2000. A jury took and hour and a half to find him guilty on Tuesday.<br>
<br>
DNA evidence was used in the case against Collins.
