Reinaldo Borges, 51, was seen Friday afternoon running from his shooters, who were described as two men in their late teens, said police homicide Sgt. W.R. Jackson.
Borges was sitting under a tree at the playground near his house around 1:45 p.m. when he spotted the men, jumped up and ran, Jackson said.
The men chased Borges down, ``dragged him back to the tree and one held him while the other shot him in the chest,'' Jackson told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
The suspects then fled on foot. No arrests have been made.
